The amount of heat introduced into the room is dependent upon the 'Free Area' of the register or diffuser. When they have been in use for a number of years, the free area is reduced by decorating. This reduction can be as much as 50%. Therefore, improvements can be made to an existing system by simply replacing the registers or diffusers.
A summer air circulation switch facility allows the fan to supply unheated air to the outlet during warm summer weather. An external timer (not supplied) will be needed if required to set periods of operation.
